Who we are
SkyAlpha Systems Private Limited (SkyAlpha Systems) is a private limited company. Questions about this notice, or about data we hold, can be sent to kaustubh@skyalphasystems.com.
What this site collects
This website has no accounts, no advertising and no third-party behavioural tracking. Two categories of data exist:
- Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard request information — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — for security and operational diagnostics.
- What you send us. If you email us, we hold that correspondence and whatever you chose to put in it.
Third-party services
The offline map tool available to Guardian operators uses Google Maps to display and select geographic regions. When that page is open, your browser communicates directly with Google and is subject to Google's own privacy terms. Map data is derived from OpenStreetMap contributors.
How long we keep it
Server logs are retained for a limited operational period and then discarded. Correspondence is kept for as long as the enquiry remains relevant to an ongoing or prospective relationship.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build profiles. We disclose data only where we are legally required to.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to kaustubh@skyalphasystems.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the revision number above will change with it.
